石油钻杆短接绝缘涂层技术要求

1、绝缘件能要求：使用500V摇表测M绝缘值≥500Kohms。

1、Insulation requirements: measuring M insulation value 500Kohms with a 500V meter.

2、螺纹连接处可承受扭矩：45000N,绝缘涂层不破损。绝缘性能正常。

2、The threaded joint can withstand torque: 45000N, the insulation layer is not damaged.The insulation performance is normal.

3、外壁绝缘涂层有效距离要求：≥20mm,并且具有耐磨性。

3、Outer wall insulation coating effective distance requirements: 20mm, and wear resistance.

4、绝缘涂层涂覆耍求：内壁、外壁均喷涂。

4、Insulation coating coating: inner wall, outer wall are sprayed.

5、防水性能要求：螺纹连接处两端设置防水装置，防止打钻用水进入螺纹处, 影响绝缘性能。

5、Waterproof performance requirements: both ends of the thread connection set waterproof device, prevent drilling water into the thread, affect the insulation performance.

6、绝缘短接使用寿命要求：井下循环时间不低于2000小时。

6、Insulation short life requirements: downhole cycle time not less than 2000 hours.

7、工具耐温要求：可在200℃下连续使用。

7、Tools and heat-resistant requirements: can be used continuously under 200 ℃.

8、压强压差要求：能承受压差15000psi。

8、Pressure differential requirement: can withstand differential pressure of 15,000 psi.
